Reselling AJ “spoopy” Rappaport products through Amazon, eBay or Etsy is strictly prohibited. If a retailer is planning to sell spoopy products in an online store, it must be owned by the entity applying for a wholesale account. Retailers re-selling on these third-party sites will have their wholesale account terminated.

 

The Customer agrees not to reproduce, distribute, or resell the Vendor's products without prior written consent.

 

All intellectual property rights in the products, including trademarks and copyrights, belong to the Vendor (AJ Rappaport).
